No single event registrations will be sold during pre-registration or once you arrive at the resort. All participants in the Mid-Year Meeting must be fully registered.
You may pay your registration fees by check or credit card. All checks should be made payable to TSLA. TSLA accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express. Please be sure to complete all sections of the registration form that pertain to your registration.
There are no refunds of registration fees or group activity fees after May 21st.

All hotel room cancellations must be received by 6 p.m. Nashville time 30 days prior to expected arrival date or the hotel will retain the one-night deposit and charge non-refundable prepayment for the remaining balance of the full reserved stay. The same penalty applies to no-shows. 
Take advantage of our early bird pricing by registering online by May 8.  To ensure a smooth check-in experience, please register by June 1. Registrations after this date are still accepted, with name badges printed onsite.

They offer massagers, facials, pedicures, nails and more.

Overnight valet parking is $69 per night/per car and $79/night for oversized vehicles. 
Check in time is 3:00 pm. and check out time is 12:00 pm. Luggage may be stored, if needed. 
The Four Seasons Nashville does not have Kids for All Seasons, so if you need babysitting, please contact the concierge desk at the hotel for assistance. 
You can reach the Four Seasons Nashville by flying into the Nashville International airport (20 minutes from the hotel). 
We won’t be hosting a golf tournament this year due to rising costs and limited course availability, including challenges securing a shotgun start. If you’re still interested in getting out on the course, we recommend reaching out to the concierge at Four Seasons Hotel Nashville—they’ll be happy to help you book a tee time nearby.
Optional group activities will be added to the website soon, including descriptions and pricing.  You can register for the activities separate of the conference itself.  Minimums must be met for the activity to take place. You will be notified if an activity is cancelled. We will email everyone when it is available. 
If you plan to host an event during the TSLA Conference, please ensure it does not conflict with any TSLA-sponsored programming. The concierge at Four Seasons Hotel Nashville is happy to assist with scheduling off-site dinners or other arrangements.
The high in the summer will be in the low 80’s and mid-60’s in the evening.
We invite all TUF members and first-time attendees to join us for a private welcome reception on Sunday, June 21 at 5:30 p.m. It’s a great opportunity to meet fellow attendees and start the conference off right—plus, there will be door prizes!
The dress for the entire conference will be casual (including speakers & guests).  We encourage khaki slacks, shorts, polo type shirts and sundresses. All events will be held inside.

Blend Your Own Bottle offers whiskey enthusiasts a guided blending experience at Big Machine Distillery. After sampling three whiskeys, guests create their own bourbon blend from selected barrels, which is then bottled with their name and the TSLA logo as a keepsake. The cost covers all aspects of the experience, including taxes and gratuities. The distillery also features live music from 2–5 PM and a full-service bar. The distillery is near the Four Seasons Nashville; attendees arrive independently.

A Monet painting has disappeared from the Barclay Museum, and curator Vincent Hahn is suspected of hiding it in his collection. As The Agency's operative, your mission is to retrieve the artwork by bypassing security and avoiding Hahn’s traps. Price covers taxes and gratuity. Hatch Show Print has operated as a letterpress print shop since 1879, creating designs that highlight America's cultural evolution.
The tour offers insight into moveable type, letterpress printing, and Nashville’s history as Music City.
Visitors can learn about the shop’s history, watch presses in action, view colorful posters, experience the sights and smells of printing, and create their own keepsake poster. The tour takes place inside the Country Music Hall of Fame. Price includes taxes and gratuity. The activity is close to the Four Seasons Nashville; participants must arrive independently.
