Kathryn Noser serves as a Director of TSLA and is the Chief Operating Officer at Vintage Underwriters. With eight years of experience in the insurance industry, she brings strong operational leadership and a deep commitment to the E&S market.

Kathryn is actively involved in TSLA because of its role as a vital resource for the industry. She values the organization’s ability to provide meaningful networking, education, and community-building opportunities, as well as its important advocacy work in advancing favorable legislation that supports the continued success of the E&S market.

Outside of her professional role, Kathryn has a strong passion for the arts. She is deeply involved in the Houston theater community as both an actor and director and currently serves as President of the Board for Company OnStage, a local community theater.
