For Voting Members:
- Action Required: All Voting Member firms must complete the new form in full this year to purchase ad and/or coverage listings. Only one person per firm should complete the product guide form!
- Coverage Listings: Please note that we no longer have the option to carry over listings from 2024 to 2025, so you’ll need to submit your selections again. If you're unsure of your 2024 listings, please refer to the 2024 Product Guide PDF and use Ctrl+F to search your firm's name.
- Ad: You will have the option to repeat the same ad as you had in 2024. If you're unsure of what your 2024 ad looked like, simply visit your member page on our website.
- New Discount Structure: Instead of receiving free listings, your firm will now receive a discount based on the size of the ad purchased.
- Payment Options: Once you reach the payment section, you can choose to pay by credit card or opt to be invoiced.
- Important Deadline: All ad submissions and product guide forms must be completed by March 14th.

- Action Required: Associate and Affiliate members will use the new form to purchase ads for 2025. Only one person from each firm should complete the form to purchase the ad.
