    This presentation details the rise and fall of McClenny, Moseley & Associates law firm (MMA). This law firm started in Houston and moved into the Louisiana market after the 2020 Hurricanes. MMA bragged about signing up over 15,000 clients in a short period of time - more than the entire rest of the plaintiff's bar combined. Problems soon developed as hundreds of policyholders reported to carriers that MMA did not represent them even though the carriers had received MMA letters of representation.
