There is link on our website at www.tsla.org for hotel information. Group room rates are $335 city view. We have a limited number of rooms available for Saturday, November 11th on a first come/first serve basis.
Check in/Check out:
Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 12:00 noon. The hotel can store your bags, if needed.
Parking:
Overnight Valet parking:
$50 per night for those of you staying in the hotel.
Daily rates are:
Valet parking is $24.
Self-parking is $22 (limited space available).
There is also public parking located near the hotel.

Registration fees may be paid by check (made payable to TSLA) or charged to your MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express via ePayPolicy.
Types of Registration:
Full registration - Includes the cocktail reception, dinner & post party on Sunday evening, plus the breakfast, speakers' program and Business Meeting on Monday morning.
Monday only registration - Includes the breakfast, speakers' program and Business Meeting.
Sunday evening registration - Includes the cocktail reception, dinner and post.
First Time Attendees:
Please note that first time attendees may attend the 2023 Annual Meeting at a reduced rate. We encourage all TSLA members to bring staff members in their office who have never attended the Annual Meeting before and take advantage of this special offer. Any first-time attendee employed by a Voting member will be provided the opportunity to apply for the Jack Claitor Scholarship. This scholarship provides a free registration for the 2024 Mid-Year meeting for the recipient and spouse, plus 3 room nights at the hotel, $250 cash award and a plaque. Those of you who qualify to apply will be notified after the 2023 Annual Meeting.
Definition of First Time Attendee:
TSLA defines a first-time attendee as someone who has never attended an Annual Meeting before. Attending the Annual Meeting again with another agency does not qualify.
Texans Under Forty:
If you are 40 & under, you may register at the discount rate for the Annual Meeting. This registration rate applies whether you are a first-time attendee or a returning attendee. The only qualification is to be 40 & under. I encourage all of the TSLA member firms to bring at least one 40 or under staff member to the 2023 Annual Meeting! Please note that you have two events. The Community Service event on Monday afternoon, 12:45-3:00 p.m. and your own private reception on Sunday afternoon, 5:30-6:15 p.m.
Registration Times:
Registration will be held 4:45-7:15 p.m. on Sunday, November 12th and on Monday, November 13th beginning at 7:45 a.m.
2023 TSLA Cornhole tournament:
TSLA is hosting their 5th Annual Cornhole tournament on Sunday, 12 noon to 3 p.m. on the back lawn at the Four Seasons Hotel Austin. A separate registration form is available for this event on the TSLA website.
Meals:
A plated dinner will be served on Sunday evening, 7:00-8:30 p.m. Breakfast buffet will be served on Monday morning, 7:45-8:30 a.m.
Dress:
Dress for the Sunday evening reception and dinner is business attire. Dress for Monday morning is business casual.
Giveaways:
A registration for the 2024 Mid-Year Meeting will be given away during the Business Meeting on Monday morning. You must be a TSLA member, and you must be present to win. We will also have other door prizes.
2024 TSLA Committees
Volunteer forms for 2024 Committees will be available at the TSLA registration desk throughout the conference. Please complete a form to volunteer to serve in 2024. This form is also available on the TSLA website.
Cocktail Reception:
The cocktail reception begins at 5:45 p.m. for new members & first-time attendees. For all other attendees the cocktail reception begins at 6:15 p.m. Two open bars will be available.
TSLA/PAC Breakfast:
There will be a private breakfast from 7:30-8:30 a.m. for anyone who has given $500 or more to the TSLA/PAC by November 10, 2023. Those who qualify will be invited by email. A representative from Texans For Lawsuit Reform will be joining us.
Sunday dinner:
Join us Sunday night at the plated dinner. TSLA guests will be introduced and photos from the 2023 TSLA events will be shown.
Austin Style Post Party:
Join us for our "Austin style post party" at the hotel! A full open bar with cordials available with mini desserts, plus enjoy the cigar roller, butt sketcher and leather branding. You may also mix and mingle in the relaxed setting as the evening winds down.
Monday Speakers:
Please be sure to join us on Monday morning for the speaker's program.
Business Meeting:
The TSLA Business Meeting is open to all TSLA members and non-members. However, voting is open to Voting members only.
In addition, the 2023 Avrohm Wisenberg Scholarship winners will receive their award, plus TSLA Committee reports will be presented.
Texans under Forty Community Service Event:
Texans under 40 should plan to stay after the business meeting ends on Monday, November 13th to help with organizing the toys that will be donated for Austin's Blue Santa. Lunch will be provided. We will need a few volunteers to assist in dropping off toys at the nearby fire station. The hotel can store your luggage for you. When registering please be sure to register for this free event, too, so we know how many to plan for.
Other events & TSLA logo:
Please do not schedule any events that conflict with any TSLA sponsored event during the Annual Meeting. Also, please do not use the TSLA logo in any promotional material without prior approval from TSLA.

Sponsorships are available for purchase for the 2023 Annual Meeting. All sponsors will be recognized at the opening of our program on Monday, November 13th. Free Joe Vincent Seminar Registration:
All Voting member attendees will have the chance to win a free 2024 Joe Vincent seminar registration. The free registration will be awarded to one TSLA Voting member during the Business Meeting on Monday morning. You must be present to win. This free registration has been generously donated to TSLA by the Independent Insurance Agents of Texas.
